These terms cover use of this website. They do not replace a project agreement. Work we take on is scoped in a written proposal, and that proposal governs the engagement.
Using the site
You may read the pages, look at the published work, and send an enquiry. You may not copy the design, the writing, or the code of this site for your own commercial use, and you may not scrape it or try to break it.
Projects
An enquiry is not a contract. Fees, dates, and scope are agreed in writing before we start. Case studies describe published work. They are not a promise that the next project will look the same or take the same time.
Confidential work
Some projects are named and some are not. Nothing on the confidential page is an invitation to guess the client, and we will not discuss that work without the client’s agreement.
Liability
The site is provided as a description of the studio. We take care with it, and we do not warrant that every page is free of error or that the site will be available without interruption. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. A project contract may say otherwise, and that contract takes precedence for the work it covers.
